In April 2010 Neosystems North-West Ltd has successfully passed the recertification audit for compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) standard ISO 9001.
Another objective of the last audit was to confirm compliance with the QMS new version of ISO 9001.
As a certification company, it was chosen one of the most prestigious and important international certification organizations - Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC), which certificate is one of the few to recognized by 1C.
In the course of audit there were identified strengths of the company, such as:
- Management responsibility;
- Quality objectives;
- Competence of staff;
- Executive discipline;
- Infrastructure development.
Constantly working QMS improves manageability of business processes at various levels. The company, operating in accordance with the QMS becomes more effective and efficient.
The presence of the company the certificate indicates that the company is well organized, it clearly assigns responsibilities, procedures, respected technology works, there are operating instructions, documented and known to all the staff, there are worked out procedures for monitoring work performed and, of course, professional and well trained staff, capable of qualitatively do their work.
System management of the company is constantly improved in line with market demands and needs of our customers, which affects an increase in customer satisfaction. During the audit company's management identified areas were given to improve management organization.
