Neosystems North-West LTD performed express survey in Kamaski LTD, which chose for as the basis for an automated system software" 1C: Sawmill 8 ".
Kamaski LTD previously used platform "1C: Enterprise 7.7." Management of the company decided to transfer the automated system on a new modern industrial product "1C: Sawmill 8". Product “1C: Sawmill 8 " is a complete solution that covers the basic contours of management accounting in a manufacturing timber plant. This software is designed to automate the logging, sawmill and woodworking enterprises. “1C: Sawmill 8" also solves the problem of the holding of automation, allowing to have a unified information system for all enterprises of the holding, which greatly simplifies the monitoring and analysis of the company, also consolidation of reporting is possible.
Despite the complexity of software implementation project was carried out independently by experts of Kamaski Ltd. Created automated system encompasses both issues of regulated accounting (financial and tax accounting, payroll, personnel records of the organization), and operational integration (timber cutting, sawing processes, the processes of woodworking, warehouse management, etc.).
This spring Kamski LTD invited specialists of Neosystems to perform express survey of future automated system. The aim of this study was to develop recommendations for effective use of software, taking into account all the risks and limitations of the project (taking into account the fact that the project is implemented by own IT personnel).
Using the results of express survey, the company's management now has an opportunity to optimally plan their next steps for the development of an automated system, following the framework of the planned budget and the schedule of the project.
The introduction of software product is currently being carried out by specialists of Kamksi LTD.
