Neosystems North-West Ltd starts project to automate the process of consolidating reporting in group of companies.
JSC Investlesprom is Russia's largest vertically-integrated timber structure; it was founded in 2006. The holding consists of logging companies of Republic of Karelia, Kirov, Vologda and Perm regions, involved in leasing forests, logging, lumber and woodworking, pulp, paper and bags production. Investlesprom unites such companies as Segezha PPM, Segezha Packaging PPM ”Kama", "Onega LDK"," Karelia DSP", concern "Vyatka-Les-Invest", KDP ”New Vyatka" , LLC ”Medvezhegorsky LPH”, LPK Kipelovo, LLC ”SLZK", JSC "Ustyales ", ZAO "ASW Onegales"etc.
A year earlier, experts Neosystems fulfill the project of automation of wood supply department of holding company "Investlesprom”. During the project there was established a tool for the centralized supply chain management, and the remnants of wood movement in enterprises. At the same time learning and running field operations was held by specialists of Neosystems simultaneously in the 11 territorial offices and branches.
Neosystems North-West Ltd is working in IT field with the majority holding companies, providing regular support to set up automated systems on a platform of "1C: Enterprise 7.7" and "1C: Enterprise 8" and creating a new automated systems.
In June of 2010 Neosystems and JSC "Investlesprom” signed a contract to automate the process of consolidation management reporting across the group companies. The project involved the consolidation of the management company and more than 60 companies. Automated consolidation process involves input the primary consolidated reporting and automatic elimination, cross-checks and the consolidation in accordance with the organizational structure of the holding. The consolidation of reporting will be automated using the software "1C: Consolidation 8".
In accordance with the plan of project, the automated system to consolidate reporting will be put into trial exploitation in September 2010.
